About you

  1. Have high agency, can take ownership & get things done. We’re a small team & we strongly believe in No Follow Ups.
  2. You’re detail oriented & have a good eye for copy & design.
  3. You work well with people, as you’ll be working closely with the Content & Community Associate & the rest of the clinical team.
  4. You can write well, no matter the format. A tweet, copy for Instagram or a script. You like telling stories & like brevity.
  5. You’re looking to be a part of a growing team to scale a startup, take it from 1 to 10 & grow with us. We want to support your ambition & interests and would love to discuss bigger opportunities for you as we grow.
  6. You’re good with an in-office job. Our office is in Vasant Kunj, New Delhi.
  7. While you’ll be working closely with a Designer, we’d love for you to give them guidance & direction to bring your creative vision to life. It’ll be good if you know your way around Canva & basic video editing on the off chance that we need more hands on deck.
  8. Good to have: Experience or an interest in Mental Health.

What you'll be working on

Content Strategy:

Working closely with Srijan & the Content & Community Associate to lead and build a yearly, quarterly & monthly content strategy that is in line with our marketing goals for the year, further broken down to planning the calendar month-on-month for all channels including all social media platforms, influencer/collaborations, event communication & drops.

Performance Marketing:

Conceptualising & creating ad campaigns for all our different efforts. Working with the performance marketing consultant to manage & optimise ad spend & ensure core objectives are met. Gather data from the Clinical Team on lead quality & quantity, optimise conversions & ensure success of campaigns & individual adsets.

Content Creation:

Working with the clinical team & the Content & Community Associate to ensure content creation is in-line with our brand guidelines & our core objectives.
